This guy should thank @RobinhoodCrypto for keeping $AMC relevant in the investing world. Why is it that companies like NVIDIA, Palantir, Tesla and HIMS don't have a problem with tokenisation? This is coming, even if you are only A $MEME coin embrace it. Flip the stock 🍿
🚨 INSIGHT: AMC CEO Adam Aron presses Robinhood on whether its offshore stock tokens follow SEC principles.

Hello again @vladtenev and @DanGallagher. So what’s Robinhood’s answer? You claim to “support” the SEC’s new rules on Stock Tokenization efforts, as they apply in the United States. Internationally, are you going to respect those same principals as laid out be the SEC? Or shame, shame, shame, will your off-shore operation in far-off Jersey be a sleazy bastardization that makes a total mockery of what the SEC has demanded as being the right thing to do?

To every $AMC holder angry in our replies: good. You care about $AMC. So do we. We just care about it for different reasons. A $MEME thread 🧵 We’ve read your criticism, so instead of ignoring it, we’re answering it directly. Why $MEME? Why not just buy $AMC? Dilution? Voting rights? Vlad? The buy button? Is $MEME helping or hurting AMC? Let’s talk about it.

The only way to save $AMC is with $MEME @ $AMC Holders
AMC delivered the highest quarterly revenue and EBITDA in its ENTIRE 106 year history. YET THE STOCK IS AT ITS LOWS. Millions of shares changing hands at basically the same price. And somehow thousands of $AMC holders believe $MEME is taking away from their stock and HATING. Yet $MEME represents a new mission. Use tokenization, internet culture and crypto to restore the attention $AMC once commanded. A Meme Coin holds more tokenized $AMC in its pool than any other AMC paired meme. The new goal is simple. Save $AMC from years of dilution and @CEOAdam’s mismanagement. $MEME 🍿

What is this? After the bell: 1.79 MILLION shares of $AMC at exactly $2.70. Then 740K, 296K, 235K, 173K, 157K, 134K, 125K and more, again and again at exactly $2.70. Millions of shares changing hands at essentially the same price. This would make even the most novice investor sit up and take notice. It’s suspicious, if nothing else, and warrants regulatory scrutiny. Hello @sec. @CEOAdam I’m sure you are aware sir, but just in case, have a look at this.

Today, A $MEME Coin gets a new mission. Fix @AMCTheatres. $AMC just delivered the highest quarterly revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in its 106 year history. The theaters are producing. The business is recovering. Yet $AMC shareholders have spent years watching their ownership diluted while the stock has struggled to reflect that recovery. Something isn’t working. @CEOAdam, we don’t agree with how $AMC has been managed, the continued dilution of shareholders, or the decision to fight tokenization while those same shareholders are searching for a reason to believe again. $MEME already represents the fight for tokenization and the belief that markets belong onchain. Today, A Meme Coin holds more tokenized $AMC in its pool than any other AMC paired meme. As tokenization evolves toward voting rights, our mission evolves with it. $MEME saves $AMC. 🍿 Not by replacing AMC, but by giving it what it has been missing: attention, culture and a new generation of participants. Some upcoming catalysts: • New management takes over our X account this week. High quality posts and replies EVERY few hours instead of daily. • The community group chat is now open. teapawt.org/i/chat/group_join/g210… • Real world $MEME activations continue expanding. • Early October, the community plans to rent an auditorium at @AMCTheatres Empire 25 in New York for a holders only movie meetup. Tickets and more info coming soon. What’s the concern? @vladtenev @CEOAdam

First we put $MEME trucks outside AMC theatres. 🍿 Next, @CEOAdam can watch them from the windows of @AMCTheatres headquarters in Kansas. You can fight tokenization. You can’t stop the movement. Tokenization will win. @vladtenev

CEO Vlad Tenev defended the company’s push into tokenized stocks on Wednesday, saying public companies can’t control the financial products built around their shares once they go public, after $AMC recently slammed Robinhood’s tokenization efforts Says these are backed 1:1 with #AMC stock and no voting rights

Every market eventually creates its own culture. And every culture eventually finds its people. Now the apes are moving again. Traders. Builders. Degens. Founders. Different corners of the internet, all converging on the same story. Not because anyone invited them. Because movements don’t ask for permission. The theater is filling. The characters are arriving. And the man who wanted tokenized $AMC gone now has to watch the internet turn it into a spectacle. The apes have only one question left. What’s the concern? $MEME teapawt.org/i/communities/19339522…

Hey guys, I have A LOT planned for this week. 🍿🦍 I had an hour long video call with @Natan_benish. He loves $MEME, and how this movement is supporting @longdotxyz as well. Currently looking at a billboard locations where we can have the AMC building on one side and the $MEME billboard on the other, all in one frame. We’re going to get streamers out there, get this shown live, take over the timeline, and yes, we’re going to try to rage bait @CEOAdam into talking about us. 🍿 There’s a bigger idea behind the meme. During the original meme stock era, AMC repeatedly raised capital by issuing shares, increasing the number of shares outstanding. They can’t issue more $MEME. They don’t control $MEME. This is our movement now. We will flip $AMC. It sounds ridiculous. It’s supposed to. Everyone here has a role to play. Post about it. Make memes. Bring people in. Tell the story. Make noise. Let’s show everyone what happens when the Apes get behind something they actually control. $MEME flips $AMC 🦍🍿
