My Hermes agent has been doing this for months with 0 token costs and fully private. It’s not that hard to set up.
Introducing Personal Finance in Claude, in beta in the US. Connect the accounts you choose, and Claude answers your money questions in everyday language, from your own balances and transactions. Access is read-only, and Claude can't move, manage, or invest your money.

Oh no, the S&P is only up 10% from a year ago, the economy is over, pack your bags and go home.

So glad my personal agents run on my DGX sparks.

The cost of serving Grok Bot was unsustainably high relative to revenue

Frontier models hiding their thinking traces is a horrible UX. I don't trust LLMs. I need to be able to inspect it.

I know a number of people selling industry specific AI agents. Curious what people think, is this a viable business model? 6 months ago I thought building agents was a skillset (and it was), but they just keep getting more capable every day. Seems like consulting is a better business model. The difference between a generic agent and an industry specific agent is a few markdown files of SOP. Anyone can write skills for their use case

Just use a max plan to build your own hosted on your hardware and open source. Build a sandbox for - memory (LLM-wiki) - secrets (agent vault) - agents (Hermes) - connectors - apps Find a ZDR inference provider or host your own hardware Agent vault and Hermes are what I use but use whatever you want. No need to run your data through anthropic or OpenAI or SpaceX. There’s a reason everyone has a bot these days - it’s commoditized
If you’ve used a personal AI assistant (@bot, @Muse, dots from @OpenAI, @Claudeai Duet, @Instinct, etc), which was your favorite and why? What are the biggest differences?

It’s crazy that the Matrix was a movie about Agents that control humans, and then we went and created Matrix math that we call Agents to do our work for us. Help

Its so peaceful
I’ve had this set up for about a week and I love it almost as much as Tesla FSD. Who knew email could be so enjoyable when you put a Bouncer at the front door (HEY screener) and a concierge inside (agent using HEY CLI).

So should I start buying mercury?
Replying to @MarathonFusion
In 2025, we published a bold proposal to use fusion reactors for gold production. And now we’ve done it: Mercury transmuted into stable gold, using fusion neutrons, at 10x the record set by CERN in 2025. We’ve reduced alchemy to a series of difficult but tractable engineering problems.

Competition will resolve this The demand is there. Someone will fill it.
notice.. > Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights > JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts > Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents > Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents. the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us

If you’re young and concerned about AI, pivot from Despair to High Agency.
