NGL as a real eater, just eat constantly, your stomach will expand and you will feel hunger a lot more. Go out? Buy yourself a snack like a sweet roll. Stay at home? Pull out those nuts you keep somewhere. Make yourself something. But stop at like 6-7 meals a day, or you get fat.
