We've been building something I'm actually scared to show people.
I'm addicted to TikTok. You probably are too. Hours of scrolling every day, and I can't remember a single thing I watched.
So we asked a simple question: what if the scroll stayed, but the content actually made your life better?
It's called the Discovery page.
You scroll it exactly like your For You page, with short videos and quick text cards. But everything on it is picked for your goals. Want to make more money, get fitter or be more disciplined? It only shows you that.
Same dopamine, except you close the app knowing something you didn't know 10 minutes ago.
It's almost done, about 95% there, and launching to the public soon.
If you'd swap your FYP for this, reply "Discovery" and I'll get you in first.

nobody tells you how hard it is to pivot on X.
i built my audience in crypto. memecoins, charts, the whole thing.
now i'm building a startup and posting about business.
and the algorithm is punishing me for it.
my crypto followers don't care about startups. so they don't engage. so X thinks my posts are bad. so it shows them to nobody.
i'm basically starting from zero with followers that make it harder, not easier.
the algorithm doesn't care how many followers you have anymore. it cares if the people who see your post actually interact with it.
wrong audience = dead reach.
so here's what i'm doing about it:
→ posting for the audience i want, not the one i have
→ replying to founders and business accounts every single day
→ accepting low numbers for a while instead of going back to crypto content for easy likes
it's humbling watching posts i'm proud of flop.
but i'd rather grow slow with the right people than fast with the wrong ones.
if you're a founder building in public, say hi. i'm trying to find my people on here.
how to get your first 10 paying customers with $0 and no audience
most people build for 6 months then launch to nobody. do this instead:
1. pick one type of person. not "small businesses". "barbers in your city". "realtors on instagram". the narrower the better
2. find 50 of them today. google maps, instagram, linkedin. put names in a google sheet. takes an hour
3. look at what they're doing badly. no booking link, dead website, ignored reviews, posting once a month
4. send a short dm. no pitch. "hey saw you don't have online booking, are you losing clients from that?" thats it
5. the ones who reply, get on a 10 min call. ask what annoys them most about their business. shut up and write it down
6. offer to fix that one thing for cheap or free in exchange for a testimonial. do it fast
7. turn that result into a post and a screenshot. send it to the next 50
50 dms a day for 2 weeks. you'll get 10 customers before most people finish their logo
bookmark this and actually do it this time
most of this i picked up from founders telling their early stories on podcasts. i got tired of listening to 3 hour episodes for 2 minutes of gold so we built podex. pick your goal, get the exact tactics in minutes

if you're a founder building in public, say hi. i'm trying to find my people on here.
you're 18-25, broke, and you've had 50 business ideas this year.
you started zero of them.
it's not because the ideas were bad. you never picked one long enough to find out.
here's how to actually earn your first $1,000 online:
1. pick a skill you already have
editing, writing, design, sales, fitness, anything. not what you want to learn. something you can do today.
2. pick one type of person who'd pay for it.
not "businesses". gyms. dentists. podcasters. coaches. one group.
3. find 50 of them
instagram, google maps, linkedin. put them in a spreadsheet tonight
4. do the work for free first
edit their clip. rewrite their bio. fix their landing page. then send it to them.
5. ask one question.
want me to do this every week?
6. 10 a day for 30 days
that's 300 people. if you can't get one yes out of 300, the problem is the offer, so change it and go again.
you don't need more ideas. you need one boring idea and 30 days of not quitting.
bookmark this. start step 1 before you go to sleep.
