@0xBlockhead ❤️s web3 APIs!
Here's a running list of data sources you can use in Blockhead’s interface. Will be adding to it over time 👇

In case you missed it:

Added the ability to query blocks, txs and smart contract source code via @blockscoutcom in @0xBlockhead.
Pleasantly surprised to see support for REST, GraphQL, Ethereum JSON-RPC AND @etherscan-compatible APIs in one place. Very handy.
Open-source Ethereum infra for the win. 🛠️

Happy first decade, @ethereum. 🥳
Excited to continue building credibly neutral financial and internet infrastructure to last humanity for decades to come!
ETH is 10 years old today!
The ether ICO started July 22, 2014. Back then ETH was sold on Bitcoin at a rate of 2,000 ETH per 1 BTC—totally permissionless, no VCs, no vesting.
Today 1 BTC buys less than 20 ETH. Few assets have outperformed BTC over 10 years; even fewer have outperformed by 100x.
ETH is blockspace currency. 4.3M ETH have been burned to pay for gas since EIP-1559. Many more millions of ETH will be burned for blobs.
Through staking ETH provides $100B of economic security for Ethereum, 10x more than Bitcoin. ETH is also pristine collateral for defi and restaking, unlocking economic bandwidth in size for the internet of value.
Tomorrow ETH spot ETFs start trading in the US. ETH is now widely recognised as a digital commodity. The institutional journey is starting.
And for those who know what the emojis mean, ETH is 🦇🔊 :)

which are your favorite ethereum devtools these days that more people should use?
open source & free required, ideally maintainer that cares for community
looking to highlight some ecosystem efforts on what's good

Open-source Ethereum infra for the win. 🛠️
Just found out that in the last 18 months @blockscoutcom has grown to a 40+ team, refactored their entire codebase, AND kept their Open Source nature
They support 85 chains in a hosted version, but there are over 1000 live instances, run by other teams 🤯
Next time you hear someone whining about infra-inflation, remind them this also means there's now a downstream market for OSS solutions. The silver lining, in this case, is huge
Without a fully OSS explorer, we're always just trusting the company behind the explorer. OSS is crucial for transparency AND to lower costs in a multi-chain world
Bullish for infra maturity

Besides building fun stuff, I learned about @0xBlockhead amazing work on customizing feed algorithms! If you ran into issues like me with cluttered feeds, selecting different indexers thru Blockhead definitely helps with decluttering it!
Now we have access to cleaner feeds 😌

The URLs are EIP-3091 compatible, so you should be able to replace “etherscan.io” with “blockhead.info/explorer/ethe…”, “polygonscan.com” with “blockhead.info/explorer/poly…” and so on in your wallet settings!

We preach decentralization yet no-one talks about how @etherscan has 99% market share on Ethereum explorers.
It’s literally used as the final objective truth of what transactions took place or not!
