Julio is an economic anthropologist who studied under David Graeber at LSE. Co-founded CirclesUBI, a mutual credit basic income system piloted in Berlin. Founded Poetic Technologies to build privacy-preserving infrastructure through zk cryptography and anonymous trust and credit frameworks. Their mission is to liberate the technical imagination from bureaucratic technologies.
