You crazy fucks have no idea how much your comments have been lifting my spirits lately. The universe really pulled a fucking UNO reverse on me. Went from running a business that was doing ridiculously well to losing my business, my family and ending up jobless. That Saturn return at 30 and an enemy year on top? Fucking hell. And that was me laying low. Spent two years in solitude. Gave me time to heal, face my own bullshit and go properly within. Meditation, fasting, two years of retention, questioning everything. Probably the best thing that happened to me, although I would've told you to fuck off if you'd said that back then. One thing I learned is that sometimes life keeps blocking you because you won't stop forcing things. You can spend years chasing the life you had while ignoring the person you need to become. Sometimes you've got to sit with yourself and deal with the shit you've been avoiding. Nobody wants to hear that when they're going through it. I certainly didn't. And the strange thing? I never went chasing half the experiences that came my way. Even the opportunity to experience DMT just appeared out of nowhere. Different people, unexpected opportunities, side hustles. It was like the universe kept putting things in front of me while I was busy wondering what the fuck was going on. And through it all, I never really had to worry. Somehow, whatever I needed was always there. Last year I started going hard on X, just speaking my mind and watching things grow. This year I became a solo dad. My little man came into my life full-time at just the right moment. Even those plans to leave the UK that kept falling through make sense to me now. I was so busy wondering what I'd lost that I almost missed what was being given to me. And now I'm reading comments from people saying they connect with my words, that I say what they've been thinking, that something I've written has actually helped them. Fucking hell, you have no idea what that means to someone who's spent years rebuilding himself. I used to measure success by how well my business was doing. Don't get me wrong, I still love making money. British Gas ain't accepting good vibrations as payment. But knowing you've made another human being feel understood? That's something money never gave me. Anyway, enough of this sentimental bollocks before I start sounding like a fucking greeting card. You mad bastards mean a lot to me.
