Bro really caught a charge over a bench press #ONLYinDADE She was just trying to get her workout in at the outdoor gym when two guys started going at it over a barbell. One guy allegedly stepped off the bench because there was a puddle on the ground. Another guy hopped right on and started using his bar. So the first guy allegedly started pulling the plates off. Thatโ€™s when the guy on the bench allegedly got up and threw a punch. She ran over to help break it up and took a hit to the arm trying to protect one of them. Cops pulled up in about two minutes, talked to everyone, and she handed over her video. They arrested the guy who allegedly threw the first punch. All that over some water and a barbell. Re-rack your weights, Miami.
