Some players are extremely "easy" to play with, and some players are very "difficult" to play with. What makes a lacrosse player "easy" to play with?

What I wouldn't do to be forced to put my phone away, and play lacrosse and school all day. College athletes will never know how lucky they have it till it's over!
🗣️"They now realize, man this is 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹." @JAX_MLAX head coach @JohnGalloway15 spoke to why he doesn't allow cell phones in the lobby of the team building & how his players are becoming more connected because of it 📲❌ Full podcast 🎙️👇

Miami has my vote #allabouttheU !
The only other ACC school that could swing a start up program like SMU just did is Miami. Their health and hospital system prints money, which allows their donors to divert elsewhere.

I was grateful to attend an amazing event from @Bronx_Lacrosse this week I was so impressed by @CoachDAnnolfo ‘s speech and hearing one of his current players from the Bronx speak was an incredible testament to the work Dan Leventhal and team are doing (and of course how he has grown at @TuftsLacrosse )! Thank you for hosting us all and for growing this game we love

Is more always better? Great post by the team this week. This NEEDS to be ready by many families today!
We got an email this week from a parent of a 2031 player. Her daughter loves the game & plays constantly. They want to help her improve, but struggle with which opportunities to pursue. Today's "Weekly Thought" on setting guardrails to make decisions with confidence. 🧵👇

Fully endowed would include operating budget, coaches and staff salaries and scholarships. Lots of variability there, but figure $2M - $3M. (Could be more these days depending on how many scholarships are funded). If you want to endow all that, its $40M to $60M.

In recruiting today, commitments are happening faster than ever. -offer deadlines -recruits asking coaches to visit faster -recruits more willing to commit prior to visits What actionable advice would you give a player and family to be more ready in this process?

What helps youth teams win today doesn’t always develop players long term. Giving the ball to the biggest, fastest kid will win games. But what happens when that player is no longer the biggest or fastest? What are others learning? Tips on coaching for long-term growth🧵👇

We have a choice: let other people decide what you're worth — or keep showing up, keep building, keep evolving. I’ll choose the second every time.
