If you knew me at all, you’d just stop right now. Atticus will turn 11 on the 11th of November. If you know anything about rural life, that’s a long time for a GS to live, where he freely roams. He’s had a great life and I’ve taken big-time care of ‘em. He’s not a little pansy purse dog.
He eats the best of the best and has been loved on by me, probably more than 10 dogs get, from other folks.
Now, for my real friends on here: Atticus let T-bone pick him up. We’ve made a soft bed for him in the carport. I have dog steroids on hand, and have administered them last night and today. He’s no longer panting, but he also has still not been able to get up, nor has he tried. He’s not whimpering, either. I’m gonna let him rest and keep checking on him. 💯
