Yeah I found out that if you get that reply when you call somebody that they haven't set up their voice mail box yet that's just a line the canned response that you've been blocked. I've gotten those before from people who I know use their phone all the time so it's a lie. You know they use their voicemail if they're on the phone all the time. That's how I figured it out. @JustTheTeaBaby
