This one change alone, if adopted by everyone in modern society, would cut roughly 1 in 10 new cases of type 2 diabetes worldwide. In some regions it is closer to 1 in 4. And it would bankrupt one big-pharma company and one big-food company.
A 2025 Nature Medicine study looked at sugar-sweetened drinks in 184 countries. In 2020 those drinks were tied to 2.2 million new cases of type 2 diabetes. That is 9.8% of all new cases on earth. In Latin America and the Caribbean it was 24.4%, and in sub-Saharan Africa it was 21.5%.
Novo Nordisk made about two-thirds of its 2025 sales from diabetes care. Add their obesity drugs and it is over 9 of every 10 sales dollars. Coca-Cola still lists sparkling soft drinks as 69% of its worldwide volume, and only about 31% of what they sell is low- or no-calorie.
Both of those companies are counting on you to keep drinking sugar. Cut it out and watch what happens to your blood sugar.

AMERICA'S FREEDOM WAS PAID FOR IN BLOOD. 🇺🇸
Millions of Americans have worn the uniform, crossed oceans and fought on foreign soil so their families could live in a free and sovereign homeland.
Picture the young soldier freezing in a muddy trench in Europe. The Marine storming beaches in the Pacific. The airman flying into hostile skies. The sailor spending months at sea, never knowing when the next attack might come.
Now look at today's generation.
Thousands of American service members are stationed across military bases around the world. Some are thousands of miles from home, sleeping in barracks, standing watch through the night, monitoring missile threats and preparing for the next deployment.
In the Middle East, American troops have faced Iranian missiles and drones. Bases have been struck. Service members have been killed and wounded. Families back home wait anxiously for that next phone call. Some deployments have been extended, keeping husbands, wives, mothers and fathers away from their children.
Think about that sacrifice.
America's freedom and sovereignty are not political talking points. They are a responsibility passed from one generation to another.
The least Americans can do is take their country's future seriously, defend its constitutional foundations and hold everyone seeking public office accountable to the principles that generations of Americans fought to protect.
