A few thoughts -
We need McCain to be more of what he was before the injuries. I appreciate him trying to do more to take up some of the slack but he hasn't been as good doing that.
Ajay is too content to fade into the background. We need him to be aggressive every game now.
JWill mostly is just in a shooting slump. Just keep shooting.
I feel like we should go through Mara more than we are. When the main guys are in he's really not involved much at all and at the end with the reserves he was involved more and it was helpful.
Most of our problem on defense is over helping. Most of their wide open 3's aren't from any offense they're running.
There's no way Mara didn't get hit on that dunk attempt. After all the weak calls Houston is getting that's got to be a foul.
Long post about something that is very unlikely to happen but I've gone down the Trey Murphy rabbit hole unfortunately. I know it's kind of tired at this point bc it's been out there for awhile but I don't think that's a good reason to dismiss it...
keep Murphy or you'd have to trade Cason. He's better than Cason though as much as I love Cason. I know OKC fans will not like that take and that's fine.
When everyone is healthy next yr a theoretical lineup of Shai/Ajay/Dub/Trey/Chet would be ridiculous offensively.
Or you could go Shai/Dub/Trey/Chet Mara Stirtz/Ajay/McCain/JWill/Sorber.
