Ottawa’s @9RunRun is more than just a race—it’s an opportunity for all of us to give back to our first responders who are there when we need them. Our firefighters, paramedics, and police officers put their lives on the line every day, and events like this help ensure they get the support they need, especially when it comes to mental health. It was a perfect morning. And great to see Councillors @PlanteSteph613 and @glengower and so many people out running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines.
