GOOD NEWS: National Weather Service morning balloon launches have officially returned to normal levels while offices across the US have filled various vacancies. It seems like after an incredibly stressful and tumultuous 20 months in our industry, things are moving back to normal.
It’s important to remember though that the fight must continue. The United States of America has long been the global leader in weather infrastructure. We must do everything to ensure NOAA, and by extension the NWS, is fully and properly funded to maintain this status and continue to innovate. Accurate and timely forecasts save lives and keep money in your pockets.
11/4 Evening Update: After a gorgeous afternoon, a nice evening ahead before clouds & rain return for our Thursday. Rain develops by morning in NW and slides SE through the day. Nothing too heavy, with a couple of rumbles. Highs will be stuck in the 50s tomorrow & Friday. #okwx
11/3 4pm Update: Wind & cloud cover will decrease overnight. Expect a chilly start tomorrow morning, but a beautiful afternoon is on the way with sunny skies, light winds, and high temps in the 60s. The next weather system will bring light rain and showers on Thursday. #okwx

For those keeping track at home, the #Cowboys rank (in terms of frequency):
32nd in motion at the snap rate
30th in any kind of motion rate
32nd in bunch rate
31st in rate of plays that use bunch or stacks alignments with its receivers.
Throwing this team's passing game design into the sun please
So many of these DAL passing concepts are just DAL silo-ing their receivers and hoping they can individually win to generate success.
Other offenses constantly use motion, stacks/bunches, combination routes to stress the DAL's defense's communication and put defenders in conflict, but the Cowboys refuse to do that on offense with any sort of consistency.
They think the talent will carry them because the scheme/design sure as hell isn't on way too many snaps. #Cowboys
