Having reached 500 followers (and it seems to even be holding!) I wanted to reintroduce myself.
My name is A.B. Timothy, according to my email signature I am an Author, Poet, and English Academic.
I am first and foremost a Biblical Christian. I am a wretch saved by grace. I stand for Biblical values in every walk of life including my art.
I have written tales of Space-bound Dragon Riders, Archeologists delving into the depths of forgotten ancient monoliths, and young men taking up the mantel of those who came before and fulfilling their destiny to fight for a kingdom that had forgotten about them.
If any of those sound interesting you can read more about them on my website ABTimothy.com
I also host a podcast called "Keeping the Beacon Lit" (check out my linktree in bio).
If you are a writer or you draw or you make music or you do anything creative at all, follow me and lets talk about it together.
It's nice to meet you! Per Audacia, Ad Astra.
What's amazing about this post is that starting at "three days..." and ending at "...the whole thing" you could hit shuffle a dozen times and it would come out exactly true every time.
Like she (Chani) does in the novels and my own Alice does in "The Shards of Arthur's Shield" a good female support character will support her love in his endeavors and will endeavor herself to see him succeed.
If you've read my book, what did you think of Lady Alice the Pious?
"What was your biggest impact on the internet?"
This post.

Much of my heart for storytelling came from playing games written by the likes of Drew Karpyshyn, and Daniel Erikson both of whomever haven't worked there for near or well over a decade.
This studio has been worth less than dirt since they left. I am happy to see it die.
What your book is about is largely determined by who is reading it and what they choose to focus on. So it becomes our job, as writers, to steer the audience towards conclusion we want them to make about things.
"Hang out with girls"
*Look inside*
"Worship Demons."
"[H.P. Lovecraft] wasn't a horror writer."
Replying to @JacqueMeaHoff @DomainDead
I've said it before? Ok? He was a product of the times, which were quite literally a hundred years ago.
If you cannot acknowledge time progresses? Then you've got flaws to work out. He also wasn't a horror writer?

"We are asked to choose between Christ and the Pope.
Let the Pope therefore perish."
—Martin Luther
If you are a Catholic you need to submit to Rome. It’s non-negotiable.
The Pope is the Vicar of Christ, meaning he’s the representative for Christ on Earth and the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church.
This doesn’t mean you need to agree with everything he says, especially when he’s speaking in a personal capacity on matters not relating to the Church, but when he’s discussing Church doctrine you should listen.
>"hard working"
>"go to yoga" (demon worship btw)
Attention Young Men:
I am surrounded by 20 year old girls in my life that are smart, capable, hard working and cute. Nobody is dating them. Not sure what the deal is, but I don’t get it.
Step 1: Stop playing video games
Step 2: Head to great clips and get that lettuce cleaned up
Step 3: Hit a shower (when dating hygiene is critical)
Step 4: Go clean your car
Step 5: Sign up for a yoga class
Step 6: Go to the yoga class
Step 7: Ask a cute for her phone number at yoga class (yes you can meet girls IRL and not just on the apps - 10/10 the Dirt Dog highly recommends)
Step 8: Follow up within 2 days with a phone call and ask them out for this coming weekend Friday or Saturday night.
Step 9: IMPORTANT - come up with a good game plane for date night. Get a dinner reservation, get an activity planned. Let them know in advance what you are doing so they can dress appropriately. I know you are gunna roll off the couch and head to date night, but they are not. They are going to stress about what to wear and call at least 6 different people on FaceTime to ask their opinion.
Step 10: I highly recommend you bring flowers to the door step. I’m not covering that you go to the doorstep, because if you don’t do that you have no hope here. Women want men to date them. You don’t need to break the bank on flowers. Head to Trader Joe’s. Grab 2 different kinds of flowers. If you don’t know what matches find the closest looking lady to your mom at TJ’s and ask her. Wrap the 2 flowers into 1 bouquet with paper. Bonus Points you can cut open a TJ bag and use that as the paper.
Step 11: Be a gentleman on the date. She isn’t there to hear your life story. Ask her about her. For every 1 question you answer, ask her 3. Open Doors, pay for the meal, be polite.
Provided you follow most of this guideline you are highly likely to get yourself an opportunity for date number 2.
Keep going until you find someone that you can’t imagine not being around all the time. That’s when you have found a good one for you.
My life is complete with my wife as my companion. I wish you the same fortune in life. Happy Hunting.
I feel eternally blessed for having been given the opportunity to see what it is like to go, as I would call it, "micro-viral". I know that isn't the norm and things will slow down (& already have). Thank you to all of my regular followers who joined me on that ride. And welcome to everyone else!
If you like stories of young men seeking something greater than themselves and not just accepting the easy road laid before them, check out my book, "The Shards of Arthur's Shield" it might just be the hopium you need.
