Hoy vemos avances hacia la obtención de plenas garantías para todos los venezolanos. Desde la mesa de diálogo seguimos trabajando por el retorno de quienes han tenido que salir del país. El inicio de la discusión sobre garantías políticas ha abierto las puertas para un proceso en donde se concrete el regreso del liderazgo opositor.
