Trauma is not what happens to you, trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you. The events need not be dramatic. Trauma is a limitation.A constriction.
To define simply, trauma is a restriction from your authentic self and capacity in the present moment.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is literally the only flagship smartphone right now still giving you a true 1440P high-resolution display.
Almost everyone else, iPhone, Pixel and Xiaomi, has moved down to 1.5K resolution. Samsung is still keeping 1440P on its Ultra flagship, and honestly, I respect that.

Some people have asked me if it’s appropriate to compare the September 24th brutal killings in Leh last year with Chinese repression in Tibet!
I don’t blame them for they don’t know what happened that day in Leh as there was a total internet blackout for weeks.
I understand the sufferings of Tibetan friends & have always opposed Chinese repression, but if you had seen what people in Leh went through on that unfortunate day, you might not disagree.
Although Ladakh has always been happy & prosperous in India, the last six years have been different & last year was the worst...
In a small town of 20,000 people four killed brutally, one suicide, 80 injured, 75 arrested with charges like attempt to murder. And it was all done without any firing orders in what's believed to be a stage managed violence.
While in Delhi the parliament came to a halt demanding Amit Shah's resignation for use of pallet guns and lathi charge at Jantar Mantar... Shouldn't he resign for this?
You can watch this clip of police brutality on people sitting on peaceful hunger strike. Rest I leave it to viewers to decide…

When most journalists & TV anchors are busy carrying the ruling party’s brief, @RitikaChopra__ is doing her job quietly .
No theatrics. No manufactured noise.
Just digging the truth, asking uncomfortable questions, following the evidence and putting the story out. 🫡

Removing Gyanesh Kumar is not enough.
The next election commissioner MUST be appointed by a panel of PM, Leader of Opposition and CJI. Only a person chosen by all three 'ayes' would be deserving of the post.
Modi cannot be trusted, he will install another puppet otherwise.

UP CM left the Press Conference while a reporter kept asking him to take questions.
This is exactly why we rank 157th out of 180 on Press Freedom Index.

Part 2. Some members of the Indian press were hung up on the fact that this was not a press conference with questions. Here is my response.
