We still know surprisingly little about how nanoplastics enter cells, how they cause cellular damage, and which pathways may ultimately lead to cell death.
In our new paper, we summarize what is currently known and, importantly, what we urgently still need to understand about the cellular effects of micro- and nanoplastics.

The ATS is extremely disappointed that FDA has chosen to approve 11 new flavored nicotine pouch products. The evidence is clear that flavored tobacco products, including tobacco pouches , lure kids in tobacco addiction. FDA should reconsider.
