A plot of land is in two compounds away from my house here..... I saw someone I knew there with some people and when he came back to me.... He told me they want to sell the land for 40million naira.... I shouted haaa.... Land wey be say none of us dey there when God dey create am... Una get mind dey sell am that amount ehn😂😂😂...You people's heaven na view once oo.... Shey I go fit buy land like this....When am I going to save 40 to 50million to buy a plot of land.... Make I go warm my Eba and egusi chop abeg...I no fit dey think....

At age 78 buying Hectares of land to plant Palm and all your children are in the US is what I don’t understand.

If you are a Nigerian abroad, you should have some kind of investment in Nigeria. The growth over the next decade will be quite large. Far larger than anywhere you are. What you should not do - building a house in your village. The simple investment you can do is buy some land in a town and keep it. Later do something for commercial renting on it.
