There's a lot of new faces in the community this week. We wanted to welcome you with a primer on #DeFlock and why this fight for our privacy and data is more urgent than ever before.

Flock ceo ( @glangley ) told a room full of cops that the backlash against ALPRs are mostly Russian bots. If they’re Russian bots then explain the 200+ cities that have already removed flock cameras and the regular citizens who keeping spotting and mapping them. bots aren’t canceling contracts; solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump is NOT going away 👁️🐦

while security cameras have good use, flock cameras shouldn’t have been in a university to begin with. good to see cornell is going to solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump 👁️🐦

the solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump narrative truly is getting bigger EVERYDAY……. timeline is just flooded with flock related stuff and in one week “deflock” will be the only thing you see on X and other social media 👁️🐦

solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump mindshare is continuing to expand 👁️🐦

330 times…… you would think the camera or some internal system would’ve flagged the cop by the 100th usage but I guess not. flock doesn’t seem to care when it’s systems are abused. solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump

solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump is looking seriously bullish, 7 day, 1 month and all time charts are ready to send 📈⏳

Big win for Excelsior Springs, Missouri. On monday night the city council voted unanimously to terminate the city’s flock contracts, the next day public works covered 15 of the city’s flock ALPR cameras with trash bags. solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump mindshare is only growing 📈

this is hands down the most fucked up flock misuse story i’ve ever read, we actually need to solana:FaL1PFQhNo4JAGaQKSnKurWeNtpexqEAduQjR4H6pump ASAP; luckily they resigned so they can’t continue the abuse but there are definitely many more stories just like this that haven’t even been documented yet and that’s the scariest part…..
