"When they go low, I prey on children" is a weird message for a politician, but OK.

SpaceX and Tesla have prospered in Texas, because we were not constantly operating under an oppressive and extractive state government.
And I need to be close to the factories, so that I can walk the floor in person. That’s why the first major SpaceX factory was in LA and first major Tesla factory was in SF Bay Area.
As California became increasingly difficult, due to extreme taxes and overregulation, we moved our major domestic expansions and HQ to Texas.

It's wage arbitrage, and it's the biggest betrayal of the American workforce in the history of the modern United States. 90% of the blame belongs with 2 or 3 Republican Senators right now. The donor list tells the story.
DOL’s H-1B wage rule has still not been finalized, more than five months after the public comment period closed.
Here’s why it matters. Today, employers can pay entry-level H-1B workers at a wage set below what 83% of U.S. workers in the same occupation earn.
The proposed rule would raise that threshold, requiring employers to pay more. It’s a step in the right direction, although setting the minimum at the 75th percentile would do much more to protect U.S. tech workers, and the proposed rule still has the entry level wage set below the median level.
Five months is long enough. Finalize implementing the rule.

We had the opportunity to end this shakedown indefinitely. The Republican Senate chose to deal from the bottom of the deck. The Democrats were always a known quantity. Save your real hate for the two or three Senators who blocked everything.
A progressive group led by former Biden, Warren and Sanders aides has assembled a 182-page blueprint mapping out potential Democratic congressional investigations targeting President Trump's corporate allies and donors.
The document, obtained and analyzed by Fox News Digital, names Tesla, Apple, Amazon, OpenAI, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Oracle and others as targets for potential hearings. It also names Palantir's Alex Karp and Coinbase's Brian Armstrong individually. The blueprint goes beyond corporate targets, urging scrutiny of Trump's personal finances, his tax arrangements, cryptocurrency businesses and alleged preferential treatment of corporate donors.
A longtime Democratic Senate staffer familiar with the process says Democratic majorities on these committees already plan to exclusively focus on targeting allies and donors of the president, including those who donated to the new White House ballroom.
