It can be done! #MakeChipsCount #sign👇
We are so close to getting some answers! 10,000 signatures is the magic number!
The logistical nightmare of reuniting a beloved pet with its family in the UK often involves a fragmented, analog-style scavenger hunt across two dozen private databases, using various logins, codes and PIN numbers, sometimes relying on emails or left phone messages.
A central portal linking the 24 microchip databases is the logical solution - a single point of access for vets, animal wardens and police who would get the information needed instantly to return pets to their homes.
PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE: petition.parliament.uk/petit…
#MakeChipsCount and help lost pets get home without being held in kennels for days while waiting for a database to respond to a microchip number check.

Auntie Rachel says she is coming to look after the Memorial Garden but I think she is really coming to keep me company.
She sits with me in the veranda and we have lots of cuddles.
She always takes lovely photos of me so Betty can share them here.
I feel so sorry for cats who don't have special humans in their lives.

Please If you are planning to let off #fireworks tonight for #NewYear please consider all of the pets & other animals that will be terrified & potentially frightened to death. Every year we see multitudes of avoidable lost, injured & killed animals. Please help keep them safe🙏

I met Janet yesterday!
We've only seen each other at a distance before so this was really special.
I followed Colin to his plot and saw Janet outside her shed.
We sat and watched each other and I had a good feeling about her.
Betty said that this could be the beginning of our friendship but I mustn't count my chickens.
I don't know what she's talking about but I suppose it makes sense to her.
Does it make sense to you?

Ozzi is a 5 month old kitten. She had a cat playmate before so we think would be ok without another cat. She has been around children. She enjoys cuddles - she has a very loud purr. She has been neutered and will shortly be fully vaccinated.
