Fall Back makes you less tired. Finally back to real time. Fall back and stay there. Easy. No more clock changes.
Does thinking about the time change already have you tired? Well, it doesn’t have to be this way! My Sunshine Protection Act would end the back-and-forth. It’s time to get this common-sense legislation across the finish line!

The “G” in MAGA always did stand for “gay.” Now we know.
Senate Majority @LeaderJohnThune (R-SD) calls Sen Bernie Moreno (R-OH) "eye candy" in response to the attention Sen. Jon Husted (R-OH) has been receiving: "They both got it going on when it comes to that."

"One of the most blatant forms of hypocrisy in our time is Christians holding all ordinary people accountable to an extremely rigid set of moral standards, all while holding themselves and the president accountable to no standards at all."
Can you imagine the reaction from republicans and so many Christians in America if Obama, a married man, made another woman stand up at one of his rallies and said she had a “beautiful a$$” while he was president? It would have dominated the news cycles for months. There would be long theological diatribes written and sermons preached about family values and the sanctity of marriage. There would probably even be calls for him to be impeached. The outrage would have been swift and severe. Yet this is exactly what Donald Trump has done. A married man. The one so many republicans and Christians have hailed as their champion of Christian faith and family values for over a decade. He made Nicki Minaj stand, and stated to the entire nation that he thinks she has a “beautiful a$$.” All while the crowd laughed, applauded, and cheered. We have witnessed intense scrutiny from the religious right towards every democrat in political power. From Bill Clinton, to Hillary Clinton, to Joe Biden, to Kamala Harris. The moral standard they have been held to by the religious right is unflinchingly rigid and unforgiving. When it came all of them, the message was clear: “character matters!” Not to mention the constant demand for the “sanctity of marriage” and family values to be upheld in legislation over our entire country. Yet even after Trump bragged about grabbing women by the “p*$$y.” Even after he said that if his daughter Ivanka wasn’t his daughter he would probably be dating her. Even after his name has appeared thousands of times in the Epstein files. Even after he was found liable for sexual assault. Even after he sexually objectifies another woman at his rally. All while being married, there isn’t even half the level of accountability or scrutiny. In fact, it is worse. There is theological justification for continuing to support him. I’ll never forget during the last presidential election how a phrase went viral about this exact behavior from him and justifying voting for him anyway. It said, “To think that God ordained a filthy minded, adulterous, wealthy man with evil in his heart to preside over a nation challenges my self-righteous understanding. But He did, and that sinful man by grace gave us the Psalms.” Then when anyone dares to talk about this president’s sins and calls for repentance, two central tenets of Christianity, they are condemned by his supporters and told “no one is perfect,” and “you need to pray for him, not criticize him!” The willful hypocrisy here is absolutely unreal and utterly heartbreaking. One of the most blatant forms of hypocrisy in our time is Christians holding all ordinary people accountable to an extremely rigid set of moral standards, all while holding themselves and the president accountable to no standards at all. As someone who has been a Christian since I was 5 years old, who has served in the church all my life, who loves his country, I want to tell my fellow Christians something clear and sincere: You can’t complain that our society is rejecting Christianity, that people are leaving the church, and are condemning Christians as hypocrites when this kind of blatant hypocrisy, justification of despicable behavior, and a refusal to hold this president accountable has defined the Christian and republican support of him for over a decade. If you’re still looking for one of the main reasons Christianity has such a crumbling reputation in our society, look no further than this. - Benjamin Cremer

We’ve got a lot of problems in this country. Not a single one will be solved by giving away money we don’t have to countries who don’t like us.

It turns out that: 1. Your ‘opinion’ is not an ‘opinion’ but just lazy parroting of Kremlin propaganda 2. This ‘opinion’ is not yours - you probably lack the intellect to reach a well reasoned opinion on your own 3. This is actually not what the rest of the world thinks (see point 2 above).

You need to check your county’s noise ordinances. A Harvard study discusses the dangers of data centers saying they reach up to 96 dBA. You need to make your county adjust their ordinances to be unfavorable to data centers.

Proud to continue major support for Florida’s amazing springs — the best in the nation!
Today in Crystal River, I was proud to announce $100 million for springs restoration and alternative water supply projects throughout Florida. This funding will support: ✔️ 23 Springs Restoration Grants to protect the quality and quantity of water that flows from our freshwater springs. ✔️ 22 Alternative Water Supply Grant projects to help communities plan for and implement water conservation, reuse, and supply projects. Since 2019, my administration has invested over $430 million in 147 springs restoration projects across Florida. These projects have reduced total nitrogen pollution by an estimated 930,000 pounds annually, helping improve water quality and protect the ecosystems that sustain our springs. Florida’s freshwater springs are among our state’s most treasured natural resources. We have a responsibility to protect these resources for future generations.

Vern is, as usual, totally clueless. DST is less healthy, less safe, and less desired by the majority of America. Here are the current results from a poll being conducted by the Prager Institute.
Permanent daylight saving time would bring meaningful health, economic, and family benefits. That’s why my bipartisan Sunshine Protection Act passed the House by a vote of 308-117. America is ready to lock the clock.

“When will the war in Iran end? Whenever I want it to end." So much for the legal fiction that it isn’t a war. U.S. law and the Constitution prohibit the Executive branch from fighting a war that isn’t declared or authorized by Congress.

I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat. You should never want any president interfering with elections. Because sooner or later, the person holding power won't be someone you voted for.
"The lawsuits the administration has brought against California and Alaska are straight-up election interference, pure and simple. We’re in genuinely uncharted territory here as we’ve never had a federal government go all in on trying to take over elections, Constitution be damned." publicnotice.co/p/trump-elec…
