11/2 at 1:30PM: A Flash Flood Warning remains in effect for a portion of Central Palm Beach County. 2-4" of rainfall has fallen in a short period of time this PM across an area that received several inches of rainfall & experienced significant flooding yesterday.

8:35 PM Update: heaviest rain is slowly shifting NW and now over the Grassy Waters Preserve and western sections of Palm Beach Gardens. Many streets are impassable and water has entered homes in the warning area. Do not venture outside until waters recede.

Press Conference Following Today's Tragic Incident: Governor Ron DeSantis joined local officials to give an update and address the community. The crash caused significant debris, damage to surrounding infrastructure, and prompted road closures and evacuations in the adjacent community. Approximately 600 residents are being assisted with temporary shelter and other essential needs. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office at 561-688-3375. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their loved ones, first responders, and everyone impacted by this tragic incident.
