I gave Metixโs Fast Search a simple hiring brief, the kind of sentence Iโd use when explaining to a friend who Iโm looking for.
The goal was simple: find relevant people without spending hours digging through profiles.
Hereโs what I looked at:
โ How quickly the results loaded
โ How many profiles were genuinely relevant
โ Which candidates Iโd actually reach out to
โ Whether the results matched what I had in mind
Then I refined the prompt with a little more detail about the role and what mattered most. The goal was to see whether a more specific brief would deliver better matches.
Fast Search is free, which makes it easy to experiment with different prompts and compare the results.
I havenโt tried Deep Search or the agent yet. Curious to see how much further they can take the process.
