America can ignore our adversaries and the threats we face, we can try to appease them, or we can respond with fortitude and reinstate fear in our enemies. Decline is always a choice, but that is not a choice Republicans are going to make any time soon.

The premise of America—our creed—is the reason we became the greatest nation in history. In the opening of our birth certificate, we boldly proclaimed the self-evident truths that all people are created equally by God and it is HE who gives us our rights—and not the government.

It wasn’t just Americans who saw President Biden’s concerning performance last week, the whole world did. We need to make one thing certain: our adversaries should not mistake Biden’s weakness as an opportunity to act against America. We stand ready to defend our interests.

This week, the greatest country in the history of the world turns 248 years old.    We have to remember that this is an experiment in self-governance, and it's up to the people here and those duly elected representatives in Congress to preserve our Republic.

President Biden’s natural gas export ban was among his most damaging policy decisions, and that’s saying something. By prioritizing left-wing environmentalists over the needs of our country, President Biden harmed economic growth in America and empowered our adversaries, particularly Russia. President Biden should know by now, when America leads the world in producing and exporting energy, America’s economy, energy security, and allies all benefit.

This is the current president castigating the Supreme Court for interfering with his attempt to imprison his election opponent. This is insane.

Today’s ruling by the Court is a victory for former President Trump and all future presidents, and another defeat for President Biden’s weaponized Department of Justice and Jack Smith. The Court clearly stated that presidents are entitled to immunity for their official acts. This decision is based on the obviously unique power and position of the presidency, and comports with the Constitution and common sense. As President Trump has repeatedly said, the American people, not President Biden’s bureaucrats, will decide the November 5th election.

This week, I sent a letter urging President Biden to do more to ensure the safe and immediate return of American hostages being held by Hamas.   The President's failure to support Israel's military operations is making it more difficult to get our hostages home. This administration must do more.

Raimondo: For forty years, Chevron deference has led to a massive expansion of the federal government and a reduction of Congress’ role in the policymaking process. Chevron upended the separation of powers between our three branches of government and is responsible for many of the burdensome regulations that stifle progress and curtail liberty. Today’s landmark decision by the Court restores the balance outlined by the Founders in our Constitution and represents the beginning of the end of the administrative state. House Republican committees will be conducting oversight to ensure agencies follow the Court’s ruling and no longer engage in excessive interpretative license in administering statutes under their jurisdiction.

Democrats are panicking, and for good reason. They are now forced to openly admit what we already know is true: Joe Biden can't be president next term.

Outrageous. For purely political purposes, the Biden Administration fought to remove age limits for young children to be able to receive permanent, life-altering trans surgeries. I am committed to working with Chairwoman @RepLisaMcClain to investigate this insanity.
