Under the gag order against Trump, if I understand correctly, his free speech is gagged because it could supposedly trigger some nut he hasn't met to attack the judge or prosecutor. When Biden criticizes the Supreme Court, couldn't a similar argument be made? Why not gag Biden? Obviously, the notion of "gagging" either for those reasons is ridiculous and contrary to the Constitution.

As Massie points out these FISA “reforms” don’t make sense. They apparently would further consolidate power among a few political party leaders to use as they see fit. The doublespeak by the witness who doesn’t even have “accurate information” is telling. And he claims this all would help avoid a repeat of the Trump scenario. How? It would just exclusively notify D and R party leaders only when a member of Congress is being spied on. Both D and R leaders loathe Trump. So how does that remove political bias from the process? Plus, it sounds like the protections only apply to members od Congress, not campaigns or candidates running against sitting members. Thoughts?
I questioned Intel Committee Chairman Turner about special treatment Congressmen get in the proposed FISA bill.

REPORT: Joe Biden has secretly flown 320,000 illegal immigrants from Latin American airports to 43 U.S. cities.

It gets even worse. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is refusing to identify which airports they are being shipped to.
“The program at the center of the FOIA litigation is perhaps the most enigmatic and least-known of the Biden administration’s uses of the CBP One cellphone scheduling app, even though it is responsible for almost invisibly importing by air 320,000 aliens with no legal right to enter the United States since it got underway in late 2022,” said journalist Todd Bensman (@BensmanTodd)
“Under these legally dubious parole programs, aliens who cannot legally enter the country use the CBP One app to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from those airports. The parole program allows for two-year periods of legal status during which adults are eligible for work authorization.”

I want to express my heartfelt condolences to Jacqueline Medina, who lost her beautiful 16-year-old daughter, Lizbeth, last week in Texas in a senseless murder by an illegal alien. This never should have happened. Cases like this are exactly why we need to vet who enters our country. Rest in peace, Lizbeth.
