It's unfortunate that numerous national sports media folks with massive platforms immediately took to Twitter last night to cast doubt over Pitt's win and the field goal call.
Few credited Pitt for their night game road comeback, with a backup quarterback and against an unbeaten opponent, remaining undefeated on the year.
Now, there's video out that blatantly shows that the kick was missed & that the refs were correct. And there's crickets from those same media members. It's a shame.

Never bash a high school athlete. First off, that’s a kid. Kids are off limits for slander and personal attacks. And I’ve noticed something: a lot of grown men who tear down HS athletes had awful sports careers themselves. Critique the game. Don’t attack the kid.
