Lovely to spend time at Hertford fire station this morning at a special fun day, arranged to be quieter and less busy than normal to accommodate neurodiverse children. Great to see this brilliant initiative and hear about all the other important work @HertsFRSControl do.

One thing I know in life we are all different. physical courage is relatively simple, moral courage a different thing all together. I know @jason_carl_fox and personally think this is a fantastic interview. Give it a RT #mentalhealthawarenessweek2019
