I am blessed to announce my commitment to play baseball at State College of Florida. First and foremost, I would like to thank god for helping me achieve this opportunity. I would like to thank all of my coaches, teammates, and family who have helped me become the player and most importantly the person that I am today. Also, I want to thank Coach Hill and his staff for this amazing opportunity to play for their program!!

Block & recover work to train reaction time, body control, and the ability to quickly find the baseball after the block. Followed it up with throws to 2nd on the field, focusing on clean transfers, efficient footwork, and quick releases. @SCFBaseball

3 drills we use as pre-work before using machine. Foam pad receiving to work down-to-up movement and staying under the ball. Heavy-ball receiving with the glove on. Medicine ball transfers; Catching the ball deep and staying connected instead of reaching. @SCFBaseball
