The holiday season is here. That means this starts the Q4 skid where nearly everyone puts on 15lbs from the holidays, seasonal depression, and the opportunity to hide it under a jacket. Fortunately for you, you can simply fill out the form at the link in my bio and work with me like these guys did. Then you do the total opposite, with plenty of time to pack on some new size before hoodie season is even over. (For those of you that do, and have reached out, I’ve heard sometimes my emails with more information are sent to spam, so keep an eye out. First come, first served.)

I went to Catholic school in the 70s and 80s. We were told over and over... Sex is bad for you - guilt, depression, etc for life! Drugs are bad for you - they'll melt your brain! Rock and Roll is bad for you - beware the devil! Now, any kid with a radio and a brain knew they were bullshitting you about Rock and Roll. The sex part? Yeah, also bullshit. The drugs? After my first tentative hit on a joint, I began to think the drugs warning was bullshit, too. So I ended up trying many, many different things. For the most part, it was all bullshit. But not completely. Some take it too far, and it does become a problem. Guess I'm lucky that my personality lets me step up to the edge and look over without too much risk of slipping into the abyss. Still, when people find out they've been lied to, some are apt to take it too far in response. Call it the pendulum response. Maybe it's just a whole lot of sheeple and a bit of Darwinism.

With the influx of steroid content and broader pharmacology content, I’m seeing an overcorrection, a lot like post-covid, actually. The mainstream ideas and information about each were so incorrect that when people realize the truth, they feel they’ve been manipulated, and the pendulum swings back too far. With Covid this was mass turning on the entire medical field and trusting nothing any doctor ever says. With steroids, and a lot of other drugs lately, it’s not acknowledging anything as a bad idea. “They lied to us about tren being the worst thing ever. I didn’t blow up my friendships or turn gay. I felt upbeat and ready to take on anything. They lied about everything, must not even be that unhealthy, look at my bloodwork. I’m increasing to 400mg per week.” — that is the sort of thinking I’m talking about. We’ve now snowballed to anything but the most potent drugs being referred to as “cope.” You can call a lot of it stupid, and it is, but if it is not yet, it will soon become clear that the hush hush approach to PEDs and discussion of enhancement was a failed experiment. All of the pearl clutching and gasping at 800 total mg of test and masteron per week, for example, has and will continue to give way to 18 year olds on 1.5g of gear with plenty of gh and insulin. By not being honest about the dangers, or what is actually dangerous, the rest is thrown out. These guys see some good blood work and a 110/75 blood pressure on a heavy cycle, and are emboldened by knowing more (or feeling like it) than the stereotypical “never roids” bodybuilder types present as knowing, according to their advice, or the way they articulate it. So the rational are fewer and fewer, and we have team “never steroids except for when I say so” (who also take steroids and caused this) vs. team “all the fuckin steroids, and gh, and meth” (who are obviously incorrect). With a shrinking number of those in the middle, that are, and have been effective.

Very low dose dbol on training days only: Believe it or not I’m kind of torn. On one hand, it really isn’t doing anything that bad. On the other hand, it isn’t really doing anything. The pumps are probably not nothing, and maybe a little bit of strength, but it’s kind of just like…who’s this for? I think most everyone would be happier with taking the full dose for a shorter amount of time. Then the performance boost is way more significant which allows you to progress your lifts. The mental side is stronger. The pumps/mind-muscle connection are better. But intuitively, muscle grows extremely slow, and I believe that longer less harsh cycles put on a lot more muscle in the end, so I don’t think I can say it’s completely retarded, even though that’s sort of my instinct. One last thing to consider is that those mgs used on the oral could be more test, which will remain active in your system longer and build a lot more muscle over the long term, or it could even be test suspension, which isn’t hepatotoxic like the dbol and provides way more kick. So official answer is I don’t know but I can think of lots of alternative approaches that I think would work better.

@AntiDoc what you think about low dose dbol (2.5mg/5mg pre workout only) ? I came across some forum from the 2000s where lot of people apparently were doing it, to get no side effect and decent lil gains from the dbol, thoughts what was interesting thing to dig !

Also, the 5mg dbol they’re talking about back then aren’t the 5mg of china dbol a lot of guys are taking now (they think it’s anavar).

I can’t even understand how much one would take, or why, or what the prop is doing there, or whether 1ml would be worse for you than a bottle of Vladimir vodka. But you’d be strong, yellow and strong.
#steriods #juicehead #HGH Anyone tried this monster??? Seems very tempting Sounds a bit toxic to the liver, but no pain no gain

Some of the worst compound experiences I’ve had in terms of *feel* (these are not given, and skill/dose issues, just for discussion YMMV) 1. Tren — bad sleep, sweaty, instant cardio hit, too amped up, hard to relax 2. DNP — bad sleep, big cardio hit, stomach issues, unreal night sweats making good sleep near impossible, wrecked digestion 3. Nandrolone — wet, heavy, lazy, foggy, hits the nips hard 4. Superdrol — stomach issues, horrible acid reflux that woke me up at one point, lethargic 5. Too much gear in general — watery, heavy, ugly, hard on cardio, lethargic, kind of angry, very hard to wind down or enjoy anything that isn’t productive 6. Cagrilinitide — disgusted by any and all food for over a week, super slow digestion, lethargy, listlessness 7. Mk-677 — violent, totally insatiable hunger. Insane water retention. I think I could literally eat until my stomach exploded

I didn’t see that Folligen and RU were on sale, great opportunity for the hairlines out there. RU and Folligen have been daily parts of my regimen for a very longtime now. Folligen was even more impactful than topical minoxidil i think (not oral minoxidil though). The cool thing about RU is it blocks all androgens at the scalp, not just dht. So whereas something like a 5ar inhibitor (finasteride/dutasteride) will only really manage hair-loss downstream from testosterone, RU takes care of the rest AND dht. Both linked below, and code antidoc10 at checkout saves 10% off
Folligen + RU-58841(on sale now) is a tough combo to beat. Rejuven-8 speaks for itself. And cheap Hospira.

I’ve spoken to very few people that try out low dose accutane, who are not highly complimentary of low dose accutane. For those with regular breakouts or overall subpar skin health for their liking, it’s worth a look. It is relatively extreme, but again I’m talking low dose, hypothetically, 10-20mg daily or every other day.

My man Austin at @EliteresearchUS said we HAVE to do this one. So, we made it happen. 1 mg KPV enteric-coated capsules x 60. For those of you that don’t know about enteric caps, research shows enteric coating can help preserve and transport a peptide through the acidity of the gut into the intestine where it can be absorbed. This means ⬆️ bioavailability. I’ve personally been researching 1-2 caps daily and it’s now in my “non-negotiable” daily bucket. Total game changer for me. Super excited to release. Only 50 in this first release. Expecting these to go fast. eliteresearchusa.com

The ultimate thyroid tool is coming soon... T2 allows more fatty acids to be transported into mitochondria for oxidation. It also increases fatty acid uptake via FAT/CD36. It raises resting metabolic rate rapidly and enhances the browning of fat, making it easier to burn. T2 and T3 have a potent thermogenic effects, producing tons of heat via mild uncoupling In studies they also reverses liver damage and insulin resistance. This combination adds mitochondria optimization, thermogenic fat loss and ATP production to the classic anti-stress, longevity, pro-metabolic, anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant benefits of T3 for total thyroid optimization.

When someone’s primary concern with PED use, or even just general TRT, is blood viscosity or some mention of hematocrit, you know you are dealing with a totally unserious person.

And on top of all of that, they need it the most. Guys have low t, usually some symptoms of slowing down, but are kind of okay, at least in terms of number on paper. Women, post-menopause, face all hormones basically tanking because their body sees “can’t make baby? Now we wait to die.” Once you know this you realize why so many older women are so rude and grumpy. They’re wrecked, and have been for years.
HRT for Women is going to be the catalyst that turns hormones (and peptides) into trillion dollar market Women going through menopause Women in their 30s trying to improve fertility Add in the desire to be Hot and never age, it can only go parabolic

If you think peptides are cheating, you should see what plastic surgeons are capable of now. They can take a legit obese lady and turn her to flat stomach, big butt, fake cans…voila. New human. They can make a 50 year old look 30. I might be late to this realization but I still don’t ever see it actually discussed apart from “plastic surgery bad.” It is insane what they can do.
low iq to hate on plastic surgery high iq to hate on incompetent surgeons and/or patients who request stupid modifications to their appearance (which together account for 99% of what's blamed by normies on plastic surgery itself) well done + scoped plastic surgery is top notch

> I love tren! > nipples flaring up > need an aromasin > less neuroprotection via estrogen > less serotonergic tone from reduced estrogen > lesser brake on reward seeking and impulsivity > more likely to act on tren impulses…maybe good…maybe not good…maybe very not good > worse brain health > less estrogen mediated nitric oxide production, and thus, increased likelihood of worse heart and kidney health outcomes

“So I’ll just run my e2 nice and high on tren” Well, then you are more likely to run into the prolactin sides and tren-amplified-estrogenic behavior (think: my e2 is too high and now that feeling is amplified by tren) Yes, tren is strong and much of this falls under “skill issue,” but it takes a lot of experience and understanding to become skilled. Remember, generally test is best.

A concerning number of people will totally ignore their eyes and run with whatever is put in front of them as “scientific evidence.”
Data on 35,000+ adults: the more cannabis you’ve used in life, the bigger your hippocampus and the better your brain works after 40! People who had ever used cannabis tended to have larger brain volume in key areas that are full of natural cannabis-like receptors (especially the hippocampus, amygdala, caudate, and putamen – these areas are important for memory, emotions, learning, and movement). The more cannabis someone had used in their lifetime, the larger these brain areas were and the better they performed on tests of learning, processing speed, and short-term memory. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4137…
