💯club💯 is a community founded on X that has grown to around 300 active members from all corners of the earth. We believe the key to overcoming life’s challenges - no matter how big or small - begins in the gym. We focus on health, fitness, and longevity… and most importantly our family and friends.
Our members include seasoned bodybuilders, powerlifters, and calisthenics aficionados to people just dipping their toes in the water. We have veterans, first responders, people struggling with addiction, people that have overcome addiction.
We support each-other because we are stronger together.

I didn’t see that Folligen and RU were on sale, great opportunity for the hairlines out there.
RU and Folligen have been daily parts of my regimen for a very longtime now. Folligen was even more impactful than topical minoxidil i think (not oral minoxidil though).
The cool thing about RU is it blocks all androgens at the scalp, not just dht.
So whereas something like a 5ar inhibitor (finasteride/dutasteride) will only really manage hair-loss downstream from testosterone, RU takes care of the rest AND dht.

HGH Dimers: What they actually are and why they matter
When people talk about dimer percentage on an HGH COA, they’re talking about how many of the growth hormone molecules in that vial are stuck together in pairs instead of floating around as single molecules.
The form your body wants is the monomer, one clean, single-chain HGH molecule that can bind to the receptor and do its job. A dimer is two of those molecules linked together (usually by a covalent bond). Once they’re stuck, they don’t fit the receptor the same way. That means a chunk of what you’re injecting is less active, and the body is more likely to see it as foreign and start making antibodies against it over time. Those antibodies can eventually blunt the effect of the HGH you’re paying for.
Pharma-grade stuff is almost always kept between or around 1-2% dimers for this reason. A lot of the better generics these days test in that same range or lower (SO....just saying wink-wink). Higher than that and you’re basically injecting a weaker product that has a better chance of causing issues down the road.
Rough Feel Guide by Dimer %
Under 1%: Clean, smooth, strong IGF response, minimal water, consistent results. This is what you want, but it’s not as common as people think, and most aren’t even getting this in Pharma grade either.
1-2%: Still very solid for most people. Slight chance of more water or a little softer effect, but nothing dramatic for the majority. Most Pharma and GM/UGL sit here, you would think Pharma has been better but lately it hasn’t.
2-4%: Noticeably less effective. More water retention becomes common, and the long-term antibody risk goes up.
4%+: Weak results relative to the dose, more sides, higher chance of eventually becoming resistant. Not worth running if you have better options.
If you see this on a COA, find one of the many better options.
Lower dimer = cleaner, more effective HGH. That’s really the whole point of looking at that number.
