**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruit and manage your own backroom staff, overseeing all matchday operations.
- Evaluate the current squad and lead player recruitment to strengthen the team.
- Work within an agreed budget and align with the club’s three-year development plan.
- Organise pre-season training and arrange a competitive schedule of friendly fixtures.
- Support club initiatives and events throughout the year.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience at Step 5 or above, with strong knowledge of the local football scene.
- A progressive, entertaining style of play that emphasizes high standards and a clear footballing identity.
- Commitment to developing youth players and collaborating with our established youth setup.
- Alignment with the club’s vision, including community engagement and support for junior teams.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with the club’s Directors and management team.
