The Ukrainian Marine Corps captain spent two and a half years in Russian captivity. Speaking at the opening of the Kyiv Security Forum’s Brussels office, he shared his experience of torture during interrogations, starvation, psychological abuse, and the long-awaited return home.
"You have to be scared. When you hear footsteps in the corridor, you start trembling because you know they're coming to take you for interrogation.
The longest interrogation I went through lasted six hours straight. They drained two batteries from stun guns on my body, using all kinds of different things.
Just imagine: your lunch is just a plate of some kind of white liquid. It's basically water, with no salt or fat at all. I didn't see any fat for two and a half years."

#BREAKING: At least seven passenger flights across Europe have reportedly been targeted by bomb threats today, November 5, prompting emergency diversions and security operations.
The incidents include:
Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Rome: diverted to a French military airbase.
Three Ryanair flights departing Copenhagen, Madrid and London Stansted: affected by bomb threats in Bulgarian airspace. Two landed in Sofia, while the third diverted to Plovdiv.
LOT Polish Airlines flight from Warsaw to Brussels: landed at Brussels Airport following a security alert.
Wizz Air flight from Milan to Warsaw: reportedly diverted to Vienna.
Finnair flight from Helsinki to Rome: reportedly received a bomb threat.
Authorities have not established whether the incidents are connected. No explosive devices have been confirmed in today’s cases.

Πάμε να θυμήσουμε στον Τσίπρα κάποια πράγματα που νομίζει ότι τα έχουμε ξεχάσει:
1. Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ δεν ψήφισε το 2014 για να τεθεί εκτός νόμου η "ΧΡΥΣΗ ΑΥΓΗ".
2. Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ δεν ψήφισε την τροπολογία Βορίδη για την απαγόρευση καθόδου κόμματος Κασιδιάρη στις εκλογές του 2023.
Καθαρά ρατσιστική επίθεση. Τι κανει η αστυνομία;
Ο 25χρονος τραγουδιστής Elior Zandany ο οποίος ήταν υποψήφιος και στο Hakokhav Haba για την #Eurovision δέχθηκε επίθεση στην Αθήνα γιατί απλά μιλούσε εβραϊκά στο τηλ του. Δεν ήταν κάποιος στρατιώτης του IDF, ούτε ο Νετανιάχου. Ήταν απλά κάποιος που γιόρταζε τα γενέθλια του και έτυχε να μιλάει στο τηλ του εβραϊκά. Αντισημιτισμος και αηδία σε όλο του το μεγαλείο.

Σε λυπάται η ψυχή μου! Τίποτε άλλο! Εάν πολιτικός καταντήσει να τον λυπούνται οι πολίτες, έχει ξοφλήσει εντελώς, σε σημείο, που ούτε να το καταλάβει, μπορεί. Σ’αυτό βρίσκεσαι εσύ! Νοσηλεύτηκα τον Απρίλιο στο νοσοκομείο Καλαμάτας και η νοσηλεία ήταν ΑΡΙΣΤΗ! Είσαι για κλάματα πλέον! Ούτε να σε αντιπαθήσει κανείς δεν μπορεί. Μόνο να σε λυπάται!
