Sadly the quality of @etihad has gone down so bad of late @LakshmyRamki ma’am. It used to be my preferred carrier along with @emirates. Last time I travelled London-Chennai by @etihad It was awful with their code sharing partner @AkasaAir . Now it’s goodbye @etihad sadly.

please avoid overbooking flights! Despite being senior citizens with confirmed reservations, we had to wait until the very last minute, with considerable uncertainty about our check-in. It was stressful.
