I used to think Halloween came straight out of hell.
I had charts. I had printouts. I could trace a demon family tree back to Samhain.
Then a man asked me one question in his kitchen, and I had no answer.
I grew up an Army brat on bases worldwide, and Halloween was one of the best nights of my year. My brother and I put together costumes from the thrift store, and my mom walked us through the neighborhoods. Sometimes my dad came too, when he wasn't deployed. He was an Army Ranger, and he was overseas a lot.
October meant school parties, friends, and Disney Channel marathons. Later it meant The Worst Witch and Hocus Pocus on repeat.
Then I met some Christians who told me Halloween came straight from the pit.
Satan himself might ride down your street on Pee-wee Herman's red bicycle and snatch your kids. You might accidentally sell your soul while handing out candy. Or worse, your youth group would shun you, and you'd turn into Marilyn Manson.
I was young in the faith and insecure, so I went all the way down the rabbit hole. Full Alex Jones on Halloween. Celtic paganism, druid sacrifices, the occult taking over America. I was convinced.
Then we got to know a family near us. Homeschoolers like us. Soul-winners. They'd been at it longer than we had, and we respected them.
One October day I gave the husband my whole presentation. He let me finish. Then he asked me one thing.
"Adam, what other time of the year do lost people come to our house?"
I stopped.
He said You get Jehovah's Witnesses. Mormon kids. A church canvasser once in a while. But when do the lost walk up to your door and ask you for something?
I had nothing.
So he invited us over for Halloween.
It felt like getting ready for the Super Bowl. Tables covered in candy. Five-gallon Menards buckets lined up on the floor. Stacks of gospel tracts. We sat around the kitchen table with a full house of people and wrapped a tract around every piece of candy until the buckets were full.
Then we opened the blinds, turned on the porch light, and waited.
Great Pumpkins came up the walk. Snoopy. Ninja Turtles. A few Minions.
Each one left with candy and the gospel. A tract, sometimes a New Testament, sometimes the book of John. We gave out hundreds that night.
The parents stopped on the porch to talk about church and God. A lot of them seemed surprised a Christian house had the light on at all.
The next morning my wife and his wife hit Walmart for half-price candy and costumes for the kids' dress-up boxes.
I walked into that house with a binder full of druids. I walked out wondering why I ever kept my porch light off.
The Pharisees had the same complaint about Jesus that I had about Halloween.
"And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them." (Luke 15:2)
He kept doing it anyway.
"And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (Luke 5:31-32)
You don't have to celebrate Halloween. Paul left room for conscience about days.
"One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind." (Romans 14:5)
But one night a year your neighbors walk up to your door and hold out their hands.
Halloween is Saturday. Get the tracts. Turn on the porch light

Joe Rogan is horrified as Steve Hilton reveals where the 330,000 migrant kids Biden lost actually ended up.

HILTON: “The way Bobby puts it is that Becerra turned HHS into the largest child trafficking operation in history.”
A caseworker told Hilton they were ordered to ignore obviously fake IDs and get the kids out the door as fast as possible.
Their directive was “Speed over safety.” If something happens to the kids, so be it.
One girl was put on a plane, handed off to three strange men, and forced to work 20 hours a day.
ROGAN: “Oh my God, it’s shocking. That’s so evil.”
The kids were given a hotline to call if they were in danger. The problem was getting anyone to answer.
HILTON: “There were 65,000 unanswered calls to the hotline.”
And the people who flagged it? “FIRED.”
ROGAN: “It doesn’t even seem like it could be real.”
When Bobby Kennedy Jr. previously described what happened to these kids, he called it a “huge, huge tragedy.”
KENNEDY: “One guy pretended to be the parent of 42 children. We have no idea what happened to those kids.”
“There was about 60 kids who were sent to one address. When we looked at that address, it was a container, a steel container in the middle of a parking lot.”
“A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves.”
“It’s a huge, huge tragedy. My agency [under Biden] was the single biggest child trafficker in the world.”
And now Xavier Becerra, the man who presided over all of it, wants to be governor of California.

Fox is reporting that the Obama Administration did find evidence of marriage fraud in the investigation of Rep. ...There can be allegations of not only misrepresentations in filings but also possible violations involving the pressuring of potential witnesses, destruction of evidence, or false statements to federal investigators. The risk of such allegations should lead the Peltola lawyers to withdraw from further work, as they could become potential witnesses and targets in state or federal investigations.

It's really special how Democrats pretend to be concerned about the price of gas when we know they're shutting refineries and not letting new ones be built and shutting oil pipelines. Of course it just gets piled on the list of lies they tell Americans.

They are investigating Ilhan Nur Said Elmi.
175 House Democrats fire off a letter demanding the Trump administration halt its federal investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar's immigration history, arguing the probe amounts to election interference with her re-election just one week away.
The letter, led by Rep. Pramila Jayapal, blasts DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin and Attorney General Todd Blanche, accusing them of weaponizing law enforcement against a sitting member of Congress. Federal agents executed a search warrant on Omar's D.C. home on Oct. 12, seizing phones and notebooks as part of a probe into whether Omar or her father lied about her birth year on immigration paperwork when her family fled Somalia in the late 1990s.
The core question: if Omar was 18 or older when her father obtained citizenship — not 17 as previously claimed — she would not have automatically qualified for citizenship through him and would have needed to file her own application. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer has called for Omar to be jailed and deported if the allegations are proven true.

In her recent federal filing, Mary Peltola's counsel insisted, "DOJ's complaint is wholly baseless." Now the NY Times is reporting that her campaign was actively involved in seeking to confuse Alaskan voters by running decoy "Dan Sullivans." A staffer now says that Peltola knew about the effort to force voter confusion.

The media isn't reporting this because they're in on it.
In any other time, if this material had been investigated & exposed by mainstream media it would be non-stop news. There would be a cacophony drowning out all other news. You would struggle to find anyone who did not recognize sedition is a real threat. In addition to planning to overthrow a legitimate govt, what is revealed here is the Democrats co-opting the so-called Independents in order to destroy the Republicans. Conservatives should take note. Your ability to have any say or influence or power is under assault from yet another front.

Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation?
Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises.
In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S.
Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states.
Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode.
Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become “sacrificial lambs.”
Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed.
This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.
