Hi Jagex, im writing you, because my ironman got hacked into and my gear got stolen. I tried reaching out to multiple mods to get someone to look into what happend on the account during the hack. Because i dont understand how they passed security checks. (1)
. @JagexSupport I want to have my items back as i put a lot of time into acquiring them. I understand if Jagex wouldn't want to just restore the items, as that is item duping and bad for the economy. so i want to propose that i can pay for the items with coins from my main. (3)
@JagexSupport This wouldn't hurt the economy and only makes it so i can happilly continue playing on my ironman account. I would like to hear for your or another jagex mod, because as of now im just being ignored and that feels really bad after paying membership for years on end.

@JagexAsh The account had an authenticator and security questions. i don't understand how the hackers managed to hijack my account and steal my gear in such a short amount of time. they must have removed authenticator and bypassed any security questions. (2)

Hello @JagexAsh, my account is locked and i can not recover my email adress or set it to a new email. It is a group iron man account and my entire group can vouch that its me recovering the account. What can i do to get my account back?
Ik weet dat het warm is maar het stijgt bij sommige mensen echt naar het hoofd. Als @SemTTexz hacked kan je beter jezelf op laten nemen. Die man heeft zoveel geld met mij gedoneerd.
Ongelofelijk om te bedenken dat de hele bnl scene altijd een blok aan @SemTTexz zijn been was. Die man is de enige echte switcheroo champ!
yep he is cleared now! since he is rich he does not feel the need to cheat. btw he says he cant stream anything since he has no phone......
