Elicit:
What do they already know &
What do they want to know?
Discuss:
Information in a clear & simple non-judgemental way.
Elicit:

“Seven alternatives to evidence-based medical education: how we actually teach”
A thought-provoking @BMJ article reminds us: being a great clinician doesn’t automatically make great educators. Much of teaching is shaped by habit, culture, and time pressure — not just evidence.
