As stated in my recent video - President Trump's DOJ argued FOR this conviction last month. I doubt the higher ups were aware of this but the only way they will be made aware is to share this everywhere and tag them below.
This is the "working rocket launcher" Tate Adamiak was sentenced to 20 years in prison for.
ATF weapons experts added a trigger it didn't have. They then, added a separate USSR training aid firearm he didn't have into the tube then fired a single 7.62x39 round through it to show it was a "working rocket launcher" which it obviously wasn't. Why did they use this rather than an actual rocket? Because there's a giant hole in the side of the tube that was put there to prevent that very thing which is why it was legally imported and sold.
By these rules - any tube could be converted into a "working rocket launcher"
