In his first at-bat, Manny Machado should be soft-tossed a ball that either bursts blue for Dodgers or red for Phillies. Turn this game into one big team-reveal party.
One year ago tonight the #BlueJays absolutely should have won the World Series and I'm still not over it.
It's going to be a very long winter.
Garrett Stubbs, Phillies catcher & @mlbpa team rep said today about sitting across from management in CBA talks,
“Watching [MLB deputy commissioner] Dan Halem sit on the other side of the table and go over the proposals that he goes over with the salary cap attached to every single proposal, and obviously they know our stance on the salary cap, it is the biggest waste of time.
It’s a charade.
And it’s exhausting sitting there watching him.
I’m like, does he even believe some of the things that are coming out of his mouth?”
Tie game and I'm calling it a night. I hope to wake up to a world in which Christian Yelich is a World Series champion.
#BlueJays fans - do you care enough about division rivalries to root against the Rays, or do you care who wins between them and Cleveland?
As a #BlueJays fan specifically and a baseball fan in general, ahhhhhhh yeaaaahhhhhhh! 🎶"Let's play some baseball, and get some home runs!"🎶
I don't want to speak too soon, but as a #BlueJays fan, I'm really enjoying this.
Poor quality video from 10 years ago. The stadium was absolutely rocking. #BlueJays
Very sorry to hear this. Larry was an incredibly nice person and such a baseball enthusiast. My condolences to his family and friends. Rest well, Larry. #BlueJays
The Toronto Blue Jays are deeply saddened by the passing of Larry Millson, one of Canada's most respected baseball writers.
For more than 30 years as a Blue Jays beat writer, Larry chronicled many of the most memorable moments in franchise history with insight, professionalism, and an enduring passion for the game.
Even after stepping away from full-time beat coverage, Larry remained a familiar and welcome presence in the Rogers Centre press box, continuing to share his love of baseball through his writing, his stories, and the friendships he built throughout the game.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Larry's family, friends, and former colleagues. His contributions to baseball journalism and the Canadian baseball community will be remembered.
My point form notes from the end-of-season press conference with Ross Atkins and Mark Shapiro. #BlueJays

40,000 people with 2 outs in the 9th inning chanting “Let’s Go Blue Jays” in a meaningless game 162 for a 79-win team
Not every team has this. Best fanbase on earth.

I've been toying with a few ideas for quite some time. Not sure what's feasible, but I'm curious whether any of you would be interested in me doing any of the following. #BlueJays
