It's real. Immigration to Canada perhaps the first actual example of people just destroying society because it was too peaceful and prosperous and they were bored.
Replying to @iron_redux
this was something done to us almost flippantly. I went back and read the 1991 "new faces in the crowd" report about Canada and it's like: there's not really any economic benefit but it will make the country more "interesting"

það er líka ferlegt bara út frá fagurfræðilegu sjónarhorni að hafa þessa akfeitu sómölsku konu vaggandi um breska þingið í þessum forljóta útbúnaði sínum, þetta er niðurlægjandi fyrir breskt samfélag

I did try to tell everyone that if you venture into areas like Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Tottenham, Edmonton, etc., [foreign] people will just tell you about all the ways they extract money from taxpayers and enjoy the largesse of the British state. They are not like us to do not share our sensibilities - they will only too happily tell you about their various benefits, social housing, Motability car, and more besides, and, where applicable, even openly admit when they have obtained these taxpayer-funded luxuries through fraudulent means. Good to see this very alien behaviour (to us Britons) on film in this fine example of real public service journalism from Steve Edginton, the like of which the BBC as our national public service broadcaster ought to be doing but never will.
I asked what a Muslim convert thinks of England. "The best. Because I have my heart problem, everything is free. The best when it comes to benefits." "I don't care who is the government, as long as I am receiving benefits." Watch the full documentary: youtu.be/EYHWpMswzOI

Ninety years ago, Britain was top nation. Its population was ~99% white British; today it is 74%. By the 2060s, we will likely be a minority. I interviewed those who grew up in Britain’s heyday and witnessed its decline and demographic transformation. Watch the full film below.

One of the reasons the ‘Yookay Aesthetics’ meme was so polarising was because as important as the second order effects immigration has on economics, politics and public culture are, demographic change - the core issue - is basically either something you care about or don’t. It’s very difficult to talk someone who doesn’t care about this into caring, these changes feel like non-sequitur interpolations to you or they don’t or they do a bit but not so much you become hugely politicised over it. Look at a ‘Yookay’ image and you project your own feelings onto it Can take a person like below, Tim Stanley, and have him walk through Luton or Bradford. Probably he is not going to care about changes there versus historical norms. This is a relatively common attitude and ‘Nobodycaresanymore-ism’ is underappreciated as a political force in a 21st century hyper-modern globalised politics in this way When you criticise Stanley for saying “yes I love Yookayification” as he essentially does here (which is rhetorically a relatively new step for immigration defenders) you have to realise whatever critique you attempt of him it is still going to be close to impossible to ever make this kind of person care. Instead, he just gets confused by you and you just get confused by him It is difficult to say exactly how big these different constituencies are
Tim Stanley feels proud and excited that the country is being led by a generation of foreigners: ‘The country is changing and it ain’t going back’

Assimilation is mostly a myth, because people are not blank slates. We can identify personality factors that have varying degrees of heritability (never zero). And there are almost certainly differences on these measures between groups. The pro-immigration people should just bite the bullet and admit that immigration irrevocably changes the character of the nation — but that’s good! The idea that everybody ultimately blends in together as the immigrants acclimate to our way of life is basically just absurd.

Sweden is the canary in the coal mine. The next election cycle represents a crucial juncture for many Western nations. The great process of remigration must begin now which is precisely why migration has been ramped up to 11 since lockdown. Once the democratic window passes, and demographic terrorism overwhelms us, we enter the darkest period in history
