The flooding along the Southern Cal coast is crazy!! 6-7' king tides with an additional 18-24" of added El Nino warm water Kelvin wave. 9' of tide is NOT what the coastal developers used for building and now thousands of Multi-Million dollar homes have Salt Water inside, in their garages, in their plants, have items floating away from their yards and most importantly are ruining their cars undercarriage, brakes, wheels, etc!!!
