Teams building on Robinhood Chain now have access to ZeroDev Smart Routing Address V1 Users can fund their wallet from assets + chains they use without needing to bridge/swap in multiple steps ex) Bridge USDC from Arbitrum One and swap to USDG on Robinhood Chain in one step

Robinhood Chain experienced no downtime. Earlier today, Robinhood Chain experienced batch posting delays due to L1 market blob behavior. Direct user transactions experienced no delays. Some infrastructure providers that rely on Robinhood Chain’s data stream experienced a brief performance impact due to a high number of feed subscribers. Robinhood Chain remains operational.

Arbitrum receives 10% of net revenue from Robinhood Chain But that ~$700k isn’t the point The point is that two things can now be true: > Arbitrum proved that it can successfully onboard a $100B company into crypto > With ~4 lines of revenue going back to the treasury and more on the way, it’ll be a revenue machine with only the eco to benefit from And just to be clear: Arbitrum stopped being “just an L2” a while ago, and to compare it to any other “L2 tokens” doesn’t make sense The TAM for Arbitrum is all of traditional finance, and $ARB is exposure to institutions globally needing to bring their core businesses onchain It’ll take time for this to marinate But the best things often happen that way (like Robinhood Chain) just don’t forget: Arbitrum is the underdog
Feels like Arbitrum isn’t fully capitalizing on Robinhood chain success. All BD and technical wins are cool. Plus, Arbitrum voted on new fee models but L2s are just cooked as a trade.

"What data has surprised you the most?" @derekbrown, Founder and CEO at @americanspend, says "We saw Taco Bell sales decline in real-time." "Average ticket size fell ~$2 over six weeks (from $17-$18 down to ~$15)." "Exactly what you'd expect when you're subsidizing with $1 Mexican pizzas and $1 email deals." "But transaction volume is up 2-3x. Existing customers keep coming back." "It's working."
3.7B transactions indexed every month. Every American merchant. In near real-time. Markets on it all. AMA.

Spend Markets from @americanspend went live for their whole waitlist today. I feel like this project has been overlooked but they've been building a rlly cool product that ingests 120-140M card transactions every night, roughly 1 in 3 daily card swipes in the US, and using it to run markets that settle against actual consumer spending data. This data lets u trade things that nothing else can. Some markets live now: will Claude or ChatGPT grow subscribers faster this month, will Trader Joe's grow weekly spend, will the average grocery bill fall this week? From there it can open up into rlly interesting use cases - isolating single businesses inside a conglomerate (Taco Bell on its own without the rest of Yum), building portfolios of completely private companies, trading clean L/S pairs based on purely sales/customers, etc Imo it's very similar to the attention markets that others have been trying to build, where u can long Labubus or long GTA 6 or any specific trend/item/company. But these markets have a much more concrete data source underneath them, so makers have an oracle to quote around and historical data to reference. The others have suffered from low liq and rough UX, hopefully this data enables them to be much more liquid and tradable. Still very early for them but I can def imagine some viral moments around these like we've seen with Kalshi/PM

We're aware of a report of a bridge hack on Arbitrum and are investigating. We can confirm that the transaction in question originated from a third party protocol, and the Arbitrum native bridge has not been hacked or exploited in any way. We will coordinate with the third party team and will report more details when we have them.

Building an app on a hot new chain and not sure how to attract deposits? 😉😉🪶 Use the ZeroDev smart routing address to accept assets from any chain by simply transferring to an address ZeroDev handles the rest Live on @RobinhoodApp chain
A lot of Robinhood Chain users will not start with funds already on Robinhood Chain. They may start on a CEX. They may start on another L2. They may start with a fiat onramp. SRA gives them one place to send funds so your app can receive the right token on the right chain. That is frictionless onboarding.

Introducing The Robinhood Chain. The first Ethereum Layer 2 optimized for real-world assets via @arbitrum—from public to private to global. You shouldn’t have to rely on a broker to trade assets. Instead, you should be able to seamlessly trade real-world assets in seconds. We’re working with regulators to make this a reality. More is coming soon.

This is easily one of the most interesting takes on prediction markets I've seen TL;DR: • @americanspend has built a data layer on @arbitrum called Revere that ingests and models 3.7B US customer transactions monthly ($2.4T/yr) • @spendmarket is their first product and lets you trade what Americans are actually buying (or not buying) • This unlocks entirely new ways to speculate, understand and get exposure to companies, markets and trends with clear, data-verified resolutions Prediction markets are tough to crack, but verified consumer spend data at this scale, backed by an institution-ready product (Revere) feels like a very unique unlock Worth watching for sure - signup below ↓
