Entry level job qualifications:
3-5 years experience in field, 1-2 years in particular sub-industry
Three different software frameworks not taught in college
Specific SQL database implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills (only if not visa)
I genuinely don’t understand how jobs can ask for experience in an entry level position. If you want workers with experience then you do not have an entry level position open. simple as

Lower your standards. Share a bedroom. Give up your weekends. Work overtime. Stay broke a little longer.
But somehow the idea that a full time job should actually pay enough to live on never makes the list.
