The FBI's abuse of J6 defendants by adding them to the "Threat Screening Center" terrorism watchlists is one of the greatest civil rights transgressions in U.S. history.
The process to add an individual to the list:
1) is done in secret by the government
2) there is no due process
3) the standard to be included is very low
4) the subject is not notified
5) the subject is offered no opportunity to argue in their defense or present mitigating information
6) there is effectively no appeal process
7) the information is distributed to every federal, state and local law enforcement agency in the country
8) the information is shared with foreign governments and private organizations
9) the impact of inclusion on the list is extreme
10) The U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in FBI v. Fikre that the harm does not end when a person is removed.
