Parental rights activist Terry Newsom says he peacefully attended January 6th, was never charged with a crime, and later discovered the FBI had opened an investigation into him.
But things got REALLY ugly when he tried to fly with his family. He was pulled aside, separated from his wife and kids, and told he was on a list with some very BAD people.
And when questions started flying, TSA claimed its review of his privileges was "random."

Why does the DOJ keep opposing discovery in this trial? If there’s nothing to hide why do they keep trying to hide things? @SteveBakerUSA and @KyleSeraphin a producing evidence - your side keeps trying to hide it.

Based on the defense motion and full transcript, the likelihood of a coerced confession is high. Cole, diagnosed with autism, repeatedly said his mind was blank and "too much to process," stimmed by chanting denials alone, and showed physical distress. Agents threatened family interviews, warned denials were a separate crime, minimized the offense, then supplied key details (parking, items carried) that he confirmed in fragments. Expert Dr. Leo called the tactics psychologically coercive and high-risk for false statements. The motion remains pending; independent evidence also exists.

We heard your speech. That's not what you said. You said freshly graduated kids should be scared of working in conservative politics because you and your friends would consider prosecuting them if you regain power.
You're not the victim here.
I have been clear for some time on where I stand on prosecuting corruption and illegal acts.
In a speech a few weeks ago, I said we need to hold accountable the people and institutions who stole billions of our taxpayer dollars and weaponized the government against its people. And we need a list of signature cases that go after some of the most obvious and harmful abuses of taxpayer dollars.
If Kristi Noem steered $200 million in taxpayer dollars to a friend's company to make her TV ads, as GOP sources suggest, she should be held accountable.
If Doug Burgum gave a $13 million no-bid contract for the reflecting pool, he should be held accountable.
And if Jeanine Pirro used the Department of Justice to go after the president's enemies without any legal basis, she should lose her law license, in line with the law.

Why was Brian Cole arrested almost immediately after a former Capitol Police office/current CIA employee was identified as the most likely person to have placed the devices with a 94-98% probability because of gait analysis?
Why did the FBI hold a secret meeting with just a couple of people and state with near certainty the person who placed the devices was a Capitol Police officer because of phone ping analysis?
If Cole purchased the items and handled them for days, weeks and even years, but the FBI has cited no DNA or fingerprint evidence?
Why did the FBI focus its efforts on identifying the driver of a Subaru, which happened to be the vehicle driven by the Capitol Police officer?
Why did an FBI official state cell phone data was corrupted while testifying before Congress, but in other meetings it was found to not have been corrupted and in fact pointed to someone with the Capitol Police? Why did the cell phone carriers dispute that the cell phone data was ever corrupted? Who was the FBI trying to protect?
Why was FBI video altered?
Why did it take a journalist and a couple of others astute enough to question to find potential video evidence that Cole was exactly where he said he was — several blocks away from where the devices were placed — at exactly the time the video was placed?
And why does artificial intelligence, examining the transcript of the supposed confession of Cole state that the confession was coerced?
Why did the FBI feed Cole details about the devices instead of just asking him open ended questions, if they wanted to find the criminal?
More and more, this appears to be an FBI, Capitol Police and CIA operation.
Why?
Who was involved?
Who knew what and when?
Now that @RepThomasMassie has named the two @CapitolPolice plainclothes counter-surveillance officers who "found" the DNC pipe b0mb, it's time to remind you that they never "looked" for the device. They went straight to it, with complete foreknowledge of its location ... then stopped looking for more.

Parents' rights advocate Kelly Walker (@RealFreedomTalk) is sounding the alarm over the DOJ's 273-PAGE WEAPONIZATION REPORT, arguing it falls far short of delivering justice to parents targeted under Merrick Garland's DOJ.
Walker says families have LOST JOBS, HOMES, AND EVEN FACED JAIL TIME and yet the retaliation STILL continues.

🚨 BREAKING: Trump DOJ official caught on tape calling conservative parents “terrorists” over email demanding accountability
In a stunning leaked recording, a top legal adviser to @DAGToddBlanche - former judge Vance Day - referred to conservative parents as "terrorists" and declared: "We don't negotiate with terrorists."
The remark was made in response to a December 23rd email from parents demanding action by January 15th to address alleged DOJ inaction and misconduct. The email, described by insiders as a "desperate plea" for accountability, was instead interpreted by DOJ officials as a threat.
That label was directed at a group of conservative parents pushing @TheJusticeDept to investigate what they say is ongoing government weaponization against families, whistleblowers, and dissidents.
They were later warned not to go public or they would “suffer consequences.”
According to sources, following that meeting (which referenced an active investigation) DOJ officials blocked further action after removing @EagleEdMartin, former head of the DOJ’s Weaponization Group.
A White House source confirmed:
“Todd Blanche didn’t tell the White House he was removing Ed [Martin] from the Weaponization Group,” - despite @POTUS Trump personally appointing him.
Kelly Walker joined Emerald Robinson to expose what he called internal sabotage against conservative parents:
“This isn’t a threat, it’s reality. Angry parents will show up. We’ve begged DOJ and the Trump administration to act… Parents have taken their own lives.”
@RealFreedomTalk also revealed DOJ leadership told him directly: “Don’t expect any justice from DOJ… You can sue if you want to.”
As Blanche faces mounting scrutiny, the deeper concern is this:
Biden-era holdovers and entrenched insiders are rotting the DOJ from the inside - sabotaging Trump’s agenda while hiding in plain sight.
