Across 88 overlapping ten-year windows from 1928 to 2024, 10-year Treasuries posted a positive return every time. Holding high-quality government bonds for a decade has a long record of ending above where it started. The weakest stretch was 2013 to 2022, at +0.12% annualized. Barely positive, but still positive. The strongest windows came in the period ending in the early 1990s, when annualized returns approached 14%. The chart is clear about its limits. These are nominal returns before inflation, taxes, and fees, so positive in dollars does not mean positive in purchasing power. Overlapping windows also share many of the same years, so 88 results are not 88 independent tests. Even so, a century of data shows how rare it has been for patient Treasury investors to lose money over a full decade.

#TSCO 535p Fundamental analysts seem to believe they have a monopoly on the concept of "Fair Value." I disagree. As a chartist, I see value through price action, market structure and technical mean reversion. Price has a tendency to revert towards its mean. The skill is understanding WHEN and WHERE that reversal is likely to occur. I've taken profits on Tesco at 535p. I'll be looking to buy again when price returns to an attractive technical value area. Buy the swing lows. Sell the swing highs. Rinse and repeat. And if price pulls back to the 200-day moving average, with the right setup? That's when I look to size up. Price is what you pay. Value is what you understand. #TSCO #Tesco #PriceAction #SwingTrading

Thing that stands out on #FEVR is the Revenue Growth. I bought on basis the growth forecasts looked way too low (last time I looked forecast was 14% growth !!!) - but Revenue actually up 45% and an astonishing 73% in UK. Divvy up 40% !!!

Bellilys expression clearly says, 'Im extremely panicked.' Are companies starting to lay off employees in order to cut energy costsd It seems that an interest rate hike in November is now inevitable, and the British economy is about to experience a hard landing.

☀️Good Morning Traders! Small accounts grow through consistent risk management—not oversized trades. Let technical levels define your risk, keep losses controlled, and scale out of winners. Protect your capital and let disciplined execution build the account over time.

That Nasdaq drop is concerning, could be another tough day ahead.
US stocks opened lower on Thursday as persistent inflation concerns and growing doubts over artificial intelligence investment triggered another sell-off in technology shares. The technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite fell 1.3% in early trading, while the broader S&P 500 declined 0.5%, extending losses from Wednesday's session.
