You guys are going to love Boomer. Not too many 16-year-olds in @TheWHL get first line minutes in the 3rd period against the top club in the division. And even fewer 16-year-olds score a goal in the 3rd period against the top club in the division to help mount a comeback. Oh yeah, Boomer plays with his heart on his sleeve, hustles, always takes the body and is not afraid to drop the mitts.

“I walked into The Ralph, saw the rink, and immediately just knew that’s where I want to play college hockey." I spoke with Brooks DeMars, who committed to @UNDmhockey on Wednesday to wrap up a busy summer that also saw him sign with the @PentictonVees and represent @usahockey at the U17 Four Nations Tournament. DeMars also drew interest from Arizona State and Ohio State, among other Division I programs. Free and unlocked, my latest for @PuckPreps 👇 🔗: puckpreps.com/brooks-demars-…

Another great article from @rms_hockey about @BoomerDemars and why he wants to play for @UNDmhockey at @TheREA . While commitments flip quite frequently, and I don’t hold my breath until they arrive, I hope to see him progress and excel and look forward to seeing him play. #LGH
