Deposited a check to @simple before closing my account (@BBVA_USA). Expected the funds to be avail for transfer, or dispersed upon account closure. I've been on phone with BBVA for 3 hours, stood at Chase for 2, about to drive 1 hour to a physical BBVA location...come'on guys.

Holy cow this transition away from @simple to @BBVA_USA is awful. They kept $700 from my checking account, didn't finish looking into it , and now BBVA's phone line is just hanging up on me repeatedly.
